New Year Testimony

New Year Testimony

Dear Friends

New Year greetings to you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

God’s promise for this year 2022 is

“…. every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.” (James 1:17)

Generally, “promises and resolutions” are the familiar words that emerge when we enter any New Year. They remind us that Life is a gift from God. So our responsibility is to recognise the presence of Christ with each of us through the gift of our breath.  God has given breath so that we can share His Testimony in our life journey, particularly in this unprecedented and unpredictable time of Pandemic.

Days are flying by and the months are rolling out and now a New Year has dawned. So shall we say with the Psalmist, “Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.” (Psalm 150:6.)

The year 2022 is a special year in the life of LTCC as we are journeying in our Golden Jubilee Year.  We prepare with the past and presents for the celebration of our 50th Year on 4th Sunday on 26th June 2022.

LTCC’s life of half of a Century has to be commemorated well. There is an opportunity for members of the LTCC family to talk about their experiences and good memories of their journey and uplift God’s name. As we know, LTCC is still preserving her name as “Putney Church” and it radiates her life and its fragrance permeates all its members from around the world. Our present testimony is important in keeping our memories alive. In this way, we show our gratitude to God and we build our next generation. This testimony has to be shared via our website (www.putneychurch.org) and personal and family conversations in our day-to-day life this year.

May I request you all to share what you gain spiritually and socially from and with LTCC so as to glorify Christ’s name.

The memories of LTCC are unique to everyone personally through their own specific life and experiences. If you are a composer of songs or poems or a story writer, or if you have any other talents to express your experience with the life of LTCC, please make sure to let us know so they can be included to celebrate in the life of LTCC this special year. I am sure we all work together to share Christ light in this distinctive year to witness His mysterious love with the journey of LTCC

I wish you all a blessed, peaceful and healthier 2022

In His Service
